Overall Purpose of Job
                             

This role is primarily to support the delivery of GVA’s graduate recruitment and professional qualifications programme. Reporting into the Graduate Programme Advisor you will mainly manage the work experience and the recruitment for placements into the company and support with administrative duties.

Duties include: ·      
Working with the Graduate programme advisor on the recruitment and development of graduates into GVA  
Ensuring GVA maintains the position as an employer of choice for graduates     
Liaising with key contacts in our target universities, professional institutions, and external tutors, HR Business Partners, the wider HR team, students and line managers.    
Managing all work experience programmes for the company. 
Support tutors with administration requests      
Support the professional qualification programmes.


Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilties

Attraction:    

Posting job at Universities – creating adverts/content     
Manage the Milkround fair bookings 
Organise courier service stand, materials, merchandise, brochures     
Sourcing graduates/business reps for events 
Attending events (if required) 
Support the GVA social media account activity, through postings, likes, shares etc     Operational:   
 End-to-end recruitment management of Placement Years and Work Experience (Paid/unpaid)  
Support setting up vacancies on ATS system    
Monitor applications – submitted and test stage     
Manage relationship with test provider
Test extensions/support documents o   
Review applications/CVs for shortlisting       
Assessment day support     
Booking rooms and catering 
Creating assessment day packs 
 Sending confirmation to all parties   
 Raise graduate, placement year contracts   Graduate Programme:        
Oversee the coordination for the Graduate Induction activities       
Oversee the coordination of Corporate RICS enrolment for graduates
Monitor/chase the return of training policy for all grads 
Ensure master graduate spreadsheet is kept up to date
  
General Admin: 

Graduate Inbox   
Invoices – APC Tutors, Events/fairs    
Gather rights to work for new starters, if not taken on the day       
Occasional travel to other offices and for events  

 In addition to the duties listed above, the successful candidate may be required to carry out other duties as reasonably required.  

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Excellent organisational and administrative skills. 
Excellent attention to detail.     
Good IT skills (Outlook, Excel), also ATS systems        
Ability to build good relationships. 
Strong communication skills, comfortable communicating at all levels.    
Ownership of tasks and good time management. 
Awareness of effective selection methods and processes. Graduate recruitment experience desirable.
