With over 70 project management professionals, we have created a team from a diverse range of backgrounds including; contracting, architecture, surveying, civil and building services engineering. This ensures we offer our clients a true understanding and advice across the whole project development life cycle. Providing a range of specialist services including procurement strategy, consultant appointments, move management, design and feasibility reports, risk and value management, project scheduling, construction economics we can take the lead or support in-house project management teams. Our major and award winning schemes include; Rosewood London, Charter Place Watford, Mary Rose Museum in Portsmouth, One Hyde Park, Battersea Power Station and Westfield White City. Responsibilities You will be involved in a range of challenging projects.

Responsibilities in your role will include:
Contract administration / project management of construction projects
Monitoring and reporting on construction works or similar (depending on the stage of the project)
Financially monitoring and controlling projects (including management of cash flow, invoices etc)
Reporting to the client and/or key stakeholders
Communicating regularly and efficiently with the project team and colleagues internally Liaising with contractors
Preparing for and reporting on findings from meetings Facilitating and running meetings – internal and external

We look for graduates studying property related degrees or project management degrees at either a 2:1, Merit or above level. We do consider non-cognate degree subjects, however you must be able to demonstrate a passion for and commitment to the Real Estate industry.
