Overall Purpose of Job

To manage a team to compliantly deliver all day to day activities required to produce and provide financial reporting to various clients as timetabled.  This is in conjunction with participating in the wider Property Management Accounts (PMA) departmental activities.

Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Managing a team including one to ones, development and appraisals ·       
Reporting on team activities and ensuring these are efficient and effective ·       
Review of monthly financial reporting to clients, understanding and interpreting these to add value     
Management and responsibility of the full month end processes  
Risk reporting and review
Ensure all KPI and delivery deadlines are met      
Attend and drive client review meetings  
Liaising with the client to identify requirements whilst managing expectations ·        Coordinating the inputs from all stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting ·       
Develop a full understanding of the QA, RICS and Clients procedures and processes adopted in the QA   
Deliver the PMA monthly targets and delivery to the GVA RICS standard.  
Continual reviews of processes, systems & controls to ensure that QA is being adhered to. Ensure that all compliance pack items are monitored, updated and reviewed in line with the departments deadlines   The above list summarises main responsibilities to be carried out in the role but is not exhaustive. You may be asked to carry out additional activities.
