Overall Purpose of Job

 

Move Coordinator is required to assist Move Managers with delivery of an extensive relocation programme for one of our key clients. This position is based in Central London and will be part of a small team, reporting to Head of Move Management.

 

Responsibilities will include: assisting with planning all aspects of the relocation, helping to co-ordinate all works on site, working with relevant suppliers, effectively communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues at all levels.

 

This is a customer facing position and will also require some out-of-hours working.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 

Experience

 

  • No move managing experience is required, all training will be provided.
  • Some experience working in an office environment is beneficial but not essential.

 

Technical Skills

 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD (not essential).

 

Core Skills

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Must be organised and able to multi-task.
  • Able to use time as a valuable resource and manage own time to achieve required outcomes.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to cost and time constraints.
