Overall Purpose of Job

 

To assist in the delivery of day to day processes and be part of cohesive and well balanced Corporate Occupier Team delivering to a Telecoms client.

 

Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities

 

This role will require an individual that possesses a varied accounts department background and will be required to perform the following duties:

 

  • Daily communication and query resolution from internal and external stakeholders
  • Bank Reconciliations and the clearance of reconciling items within a timely manner
  • Monthly completion of Dashboards
  • Other Reconciliations and trackers to include but not limited to funds received and monthly dashboard statistics the management of float funds held
  • Full participation in the month end/year end close process
  • Assisting with month end accounts preparation including posting journals (manual and via uploads), rolling forward monthly accounts pack
  • Payment run, invoice and nominal code review to ensure accuracy at month end reporting
  • To ensure supplier and Headlease payments are paid on time, raising head lease charges and ensuring sufficient funds are in place to make payments
  • Facilitating adhoc rent and rates payments
  • Completion of Escrow monthly accounts, including prepayments schedule, VAT Suspense
  • Responsibility of obtaining required paperwork for audits, client and external third party
  • Adhering to RICS guidelines
  • Any other duties relevant to the role

  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to listen to the stakeholders request, interpret and provide a resolution
  • Ability to deal with high volumes of work and prioritise accordingly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of IT knowledge including advanced knowledge of excel
  • Autonomy and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good work ethic with an energetic approach
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute in a positive manner to the overall performance of the team.
  • Flexibility and commitment to completing the task in hand
  • Enthusiasm to learn
