Overall Purpose of Job

Occupational Portfolio Management

Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Resolving landlord and tenant issues,  responsibility for sub-let arrears management Maintaining with administrative support data base changes, responding to client information requests,  portfolio budgeting Liaising where necessary with the property accounts team Working with other teams delivering for example rent review, dilapidations, agency services Building good day to day relationships with clients Assisting in identifying costs saving/ value add opportunities on managed properties Identifying fee opportunities Instructing solicitors where required Involvement in Project related work

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Problem solving - the ability to think laterally to resolve issues
Good communication skills
Able to work well as part of a team and with other teams
Ambitious and keen to progress
Good experience of  typical property management challenges,  sub-let estate management (including income collection) and working knowledge of other principal areas (L&T, building consultancy, agency) and how it interacts with overall portfolio management
Good attention to detail and professional approach to delivering accurate outputs
